Normally I just look around and use whatever fruits and seeds that I find. So, usually its kiwi, granola, coconut, and oats... To make the protein oat balls: mix peanut butter, oats, honey and coconut in a bowl. next roll them into balls and freeze them till they aren't soft anymore:)
